If physical materials (e.g. CDs, books, course kits) are ordered, they will be dispatched within 2–3 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery timelines typically range from 5–7 business days in metro areas and 7–10 days for remote locations.
Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free for orders over ₹500 within India.
A nominal flat fee applies for orders below that amount or for remote-area deliveries (specific charges are listed at checkout).
4. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In case your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please raise a complaint within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item at no additional cost or offer a refund if replacement isn’t feasible.
