Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by You (the Customer)

If you cancel a confirmed enrollment prior to or after the start of the course, your refund will be governed by the cancellation policy specified in your enrolment listing.

Refunds do not apply to sessions already delivered. Only unused Course Fees are eligible, in line with the published cancellation terms.

Refunds will be processed under the standard Payment Terms, and the refunded amount will not exceed the total amount you’ve paid.

2. Cancellations by Us (Furtados)

If we cancel your confirmed enrollment, we will refund the full Course Fees paid by you (that is, all amounts you’ve remitted for that enrollment).
