DIGITAL VOICE HUNT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  1. This contest is the copyright of Furtados School of Music (hereinafter referred to as “FSM”), having its office at 49, Ferns Villa, 52 Union Park, Next to Quantum Park Society, Khar (West), Mumbai 400052.
  2. Each entry must be submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. FSM may, at its discretion, refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. All relevant instructions on FSM’s website form part of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Entry to the competition is by registration only. The entrant should not be an employee themselves; however, an entrant must be the spouse, parent or parent-in-law, grandparent, and/or child (5 to 15 years old) of the employee. Employees of FSM, any person associated with the competition, and any organization or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s), are not eligible to enter.
  4. All performance footage from the auditions, semi-finals, and the grand finale becomes the property of FSM.
  5. No component of the prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event that any of the prizes become unavailable, FSM reserves the right to provide a similar product of the same or greater value as the original prize.
  6. The contest will be promoted by HDFC Bank.
  7. The participant must follow the rules of the contest, failing which FSM reserves the right to disqualify the entry of the participant at any stage of the contest.

DIGITAL VOICE HUNT - RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS

A. Participation
  • The participant must be the spouse, Parent or Parent in Law, Grandparents and/or children (5 to 15 years old) of the employee.
  • The employee is not allowed to participate. Only the above-mentioned family members are permitted to participate in the HDFC Talent Hunt contest.
  • Participations will be considered upon receipt of the audio emailed to talenthunt@fsm.net.in. The subject line of the email must be your registration number.
  • Participants can choose to sing along with an instrument or karaoke. The participant may play the instrument themselves or ask any instrumentalist to accompany them. The participant may also sing without any accompanying instrument.
B. Audio Content and sharing:
  1. The audio content shared with talenthunt@fsm.net.in should be limited to singing only.
  2. Any audio content containing profanity, vulgarism, or is disturbing in nature will be reported to the concerned authority.
  3. The audio should not exceed 60 seconds.
  4. The format of the audio should be in either mp4, wav, mp3.
  5. Audio should be uploaded in Google Drive or your YouTube page and the link should be shared with talenthunt@fsm.net.in.
C. TIMELINES
  1. The first round will be the shortlisting round, where the top 20 in each category - Spouse, Young Adults, Juniors, and Parents/Parents-in-law - will be selected for a face-to-face singing round. The qualifiers will be notified about their shortlisting by HDFC Bank via email.
  2. The top qualifiers from every category will be asked to present an online live face-to-face performance in front of the judges. Every performance at this stage of the contest should be not more than 2 minutes.
  3. Top 10 finalists from each category will be selected from the 2nd round of the contest. The Finalists will be notified about their shortlisting by HDFC Bank on email.
  4. The finals will be held on 16th June 2024 and top 3 winners will be selected from each category - Winner, 1st Runner up, 2nd Runnerup and the results will be announced on the same day.
D. PRIZES
  1. The 2nd Runner up will be awarded a Digital certificate, 6 sessions for a one month course of Keyboard/Guitar & opportunity to perform during FSM live programmes
  2. The 1st Runner up will be awarded a Digital certificate, 12 sessions for a two month course of Keyboard/Guitar & opportunity to perform during FSM live programmes
  3. The Winner will be awarded a Digital certificate, 24 sessions for a three month course of Keyboard/Guitar & An opportunity to perform during FSM live programme
